Below are Templates for you to use for organisation purposes, profiles for your students to be completed, that must be communicated to us on completion of each course they have successfully finished. Lesson templates are a must for each course taught in store and are to be signed by each trainer (and lead educator if necessary)  upon every course taught. 

We do not need a copy of these per course that you train, but we do expect you to hold these in a file, that we will require to see should insurance purposes arise, and on yearly renewal of your academy. 

There is NO renewal fee, everything continues as a monthly direct debit fee or typical standard yearly payment made once every 12 months. We do however, require a yearly audit, therefore to ensure that both our database adds up correctly and yours is also accurate, with relevant teacher trainers correctly on the system. If you have a new teacher under your roof, please just pop across a quick email with their qualification attached. If somebody leaves you, we also need an update sent through to email regarding this, so that we can take them off of your company profile, with an accurate date that they left your academy.
