We recognise that many trainers within the cosmetology industry are not fully equipped with the specialist skills needed to deliver high‑quality education to students with SEN. This is where our expertise and personal experience sets us apart. Our team includes qualified SEN educators, an internal verifier, and a DTLLS Level 5 trainer, allowing us to provide consultancy tailored to the specific needs of each academy we accredit.

So what does that mean for you? 

If you have a neurodivergent student — perhaps someone with limited reading or writing skills — we will provide a personalised, one‑to‑one briefing on how to approach their learning. We help you prepare the right teaching methods, adapt your materials, and build confidence in supporting that student effectively.

In short, we do the groundwork for you, giving you the tools, strategies, and reassurance you need to deliver inclusive, high‑quality training.

 At Cosmetology CPD, every academy receives its own unique Academy Reference Code, every training course is assigned an individual course number, and best of all every single student is issued a personal Student Identification Number. This means no one can copy or falsify a certificate from YOUR academy.

Your GDPR is OUR GDPR. So how do we stay on top of it? A fair question — with a simple answer. Each month, we request an updated record from every academy, listing all certificates awarded to new and existing students during that period.

This allows us to maintain a complete, secure database. If anyone attempts to “copycat” your academy’s certificate, we can instantly check whether the student is registered, legitimate, and truly trained by you. We protect both your academy and your learners.

In short, we handle the compliance, the tracking, and the safeguarding — so you don’t have to.
